Hatte Caine neulich mal im TS erwähnt, endlich mal wieder ein MMO nach Sandbox-Prinzip ohne Klassen, dafür mit Professions die während des Spiels erlernt werden können. Hier ist der Link zu den FAQ:

Hört sich vielversprechend an, aber im Moment werden dort als spielbare Rassen Halb-Orcs genannt, weshalb ich derzeit Earthrise favorisiere (kein Bock mehr auf Elfen und co).
Letztlich entscheiden wohl die Details die jetzt noch keiner kennt und nicht zuletzt der der Release Termin, der zur Zeit bei beiden im Jahr 2009 angesiedelt ist und bestimmt noch verzögern wird... und welche der versprochenen Details es bis ins Live Game schaffen...

Wenigstens 2 neue Rassen die ganz gut aussehen, aber leider noch keine Beschreibungen

DIe Präsentation sieht ganz gut aus, mal sehen was die von den Versprechungen
einhalten wenn es denn mal rauskommen sollte.

Die Präsentation ist nicht viel mehr, als ein FAQ in Farbe...
Ob die das alles auch so umsetzen bleibt fraglich, aber die Ansätze sind vielversprechend.
Vor allem die vielen verschiedenen menschlichen kulturen gefallen mir, fand ich bei Vanguard schon klasse... und das man jetzt noch mischen kann...
Sonst gibts ja immer nur: Human, Orc, Elf...

(1) Mortal Online is a game still in Beta. The official launch date is not firmly set, but estimated to Q4 (Oct-Dec) 2009. The life-long game account must be registered on the official Mortal Online account site, and once registered to a person, it is bound to a non-transferable personal account.
